If you’re like most people, you probably use your phone to take screenshots and share photos. But if you’re a Pixel 2 user, there are a few things you need to know in order to take great screenshots on your phone. First, make sure your phone is turned on and unlocked. Second, open the screenshot app and select the photo you want to take a screenshot of. Third, hold down the power button and volume up button at the same time and release when you see an image appear in the app’s notification area. Fourth, use your finger to drag the image off of the screen into a desired location on your device. Finally, save the screenshot as a PNG or JPEG file using the same name as the original photo.


The Google Pixel 2 doesn’t have the capability to screenshot because it’s a newer device.

There is no way to screenshot on the Google pixel.

In order to change your screenshot settings, you can go to the device’s Settings app and find the “Screen capture” option. From there, you can change your default save location, whether or not you want screenshots to be cropped, and whether or not you want screenshots to have a watermark.

To take a screenshot on a Google Pixel phone, press and hold the power button and volume down button at the same time.
